Guess where the taillights and turn signals are?
Yeah, down there. And yes, driver used turn signals. Amazing stuff, all around. The round lamps up top are just there, essential a Ferrari badge.

The section comprised of the license plate, the taillights, turn signals and exhaust looks a lot like a 2000's Jaguar

Coming to think of it, it would be a lot prettier without the top circular lights.

I see that now, similar to how the BMW i8 looks like it has a small 911 in its ass.

They’re forced in, just because Ferrari equals round taillights.

hahahahaha I’ve never seen that before but now i cannot unsee it...

Am in the only person that thinks Ferraris of the last 15 years have mostly been ugly?

ick, why not let it be in the main light cluster as LEDs? this is sucky

Jup, you mentioned that in the article after all.
But Ferrari has gone for different shapes on occasion…
Plus there was that one time they forgot every design rule they had and made a Vauxhall Senator…

I believe the round assemblies are just the dim taillights, with all the dynamic lighting mounted lower. No idea why.

Yeah, I was surprised.

That’s exactly the case.i was surprised.

I was thinking a merc CL (C125) with smoked tail lights.

Ferrari couldn’t put the brake lights and turn signals in the round lights because they are mounted to a part that can move when the car is moving; the trunk folds back to swallow the roof and that can happen when the car is moving.

That makes a surprising amount of sense!

I hate this. Good looking car I think, but that always bugged me.

Someone else pointed out that the round lights are part of the trunk lid that tilts to retract the top. Since it can do that while in motion, the brake lights need to be elsewhere. The more you know!

Does that mean in other markets they made a more sensible decision?
This reeks of design flaw.
